JARELL SERENCIO
CEO / Founder
Jarell Mahinay Serencio is the creative director and founder of Man Overboard Film Productions. His career started as head researcher and writer for the longest running TV drama, Maalaala Mo Kaya (Remembering) in ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation (2004-2008). Award winning screenplay writers, Ricky Lee (Himala, Anak) and Armando Lao (Kinatay, Ma Rosa) were among his scriptwriting mentors.

GALE OSORIO
Creative Consultant | Writer
Gale Osorio started as an art director for an advertising agency under Publicis Groupe. In 2012, she undertook her graduate coursework in cinema studies and started working for BINISAYA Film Festival. Next she produced Keith Deligero’s ISKALAWAGS (2013) and LILY (2016), with both films making many of the top ten film critics’ lists in their respective years.

HOMER NOVICIO
Content Writer
When he’s not house-husbanding full-time, Homer B. Novicio works as a feature writer, magazine editor, translator, speechwriter, scriptwriter. He was a fellow of the University of the Philippines National Writing Workshop for fiction and the Silliman University National Writers Workshop for poetry. He was also under Ricky Lee’s Scriptwriting Workshop for ABS-CBN. He was a recipient of the Palanca Awards for Literature. Currently he writes for Khavn and was one of the writers behind the crime-thriller retro-road movie “Bamboo Dogs”.
